I didn’t set out to start a business. After nearly two decades of hands-on optimization and modeling work across university labs, government-funded programs, and industry contracts, I kept meeting small teams who needed serious physics-based analysis but couldn’t justify an enterprise vendor’s price tag. I started Wakiva Engineering to be the option in between: specialized software development, advanced engineering simulations, and generalized engineering consultations at a lower, long-term cost.
